  I am looking for patriotic fonts formatted red, white and blue, are colored fonts available?

  No, fonts are only in black with transparent background. You need to color them by yourself in the application you're using the fonts.

  OK; but how? I use Word and Publisher 2010 and see no way to color parts of individual characters of a font type. I also have Paint Shop Pro x3 - same issue.

  raeisenberg I don't think you can color pars of a character in word... In Paint Shop Pro it should be possible, but I don't know exactly how since I don't use that program. I would guess you need to rasterize the layer with the text, and then use Paint Bucket Tool to color the different parts.
