The Highest Priest was formed in 2005 in Greene County, MO. Over the past four years The Highest Priest have gone through extensive line-up changes and formed their own record label known as Greene County Productions Inc. (G.C.P.). They have been defining their own style by mixing the angst of their metal past and fusing it with a clubbish hip-hop feel to form the unique sound they have coined as Rawcore. They have an intellectual twist on the topic of marijuana and pro- legalization and they use this to spread awareness about the cause. From before the first note, The Highest Priest will completely capture the audience with a unique sound that keeps the crowd coming back for more and more. As this unique vocal presence of The Highest Priest is complimented by the schlurred vocals of Slow aka Dead Priest to create a sound original only to the Mid-West.
