    More info from David Rakowski

Rudelsberg is a Jugendstil display font by David Rakowski (1992) — free, organic German Art Nouveau lettering in the spirit of Otto Eckmann's famous 1900 typeface, with brushy strokes and quirky, hand-drawn shapes. Full alphabet and digits. Made for posters, book covers, and designs that want a turn-of-the-century feel.

Mr Rakowsky has stolen this typeface (font) from Meyers Konversations-Lexikon in 24 volumes, 1905-1909, Germany, as printed on the volumes' leather .
