I feel the kerning needs to be tighter in between some capital letters and lowercase, like the P and o, especially when arching the text on a curve. Otherwise, I like better than similar fonts Creampuff, Ballpark Weiner and Machiarge.

Fontspace says this font is okay for commercial use; however, the text document included in the zip file says that there is a one-time payment due if the font is used for commercial use.
Fontspace, isn't it misleading to write that "Commercial Use Allowed" for this font?
