FYI, the license for this font is "shareware." According to the readme that comes with it if you download it from http://www.braineaters.com/shareware/shareware.html it must be distributed with the readme intact.
It's not clear to me from that readme whether the shareware version allows commercial usage, so just to be safe I think I'll pony up the ten bucks.
