Well, I am David Kerkhoff and I am the creator of this font. When did you spend $60 and to whom did you send it? Can you send me a sitemail so I can give you my email address? The demo font comes with the bare bones letters ONLY. There is a commercial version, which you get when you purchase through the channels listed on my website.
I have sent a message both to Fontspace and also to David Kerkhoof about the fact that only selected letters from this font print out from a MS Word Document. No reply has yet been received after several days and I start to fear that my USD 60 spend has been totally wasted. Not a happy customer.
