This handwriting font's name is Swedish. Jag Älskar Dig means "I Love You" in Swedish.
The License also has a Swedish version included, translated from the original license using Google Translate for some words I didn't know how to translate into Swedish, so if there are any errors, just let us know.
The weights' names are in Swedish, except for the Italics, which just have Oblique tacked on the end.
